Cancellation Policy

Please give a 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. If it is within the 24 hour mark you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. No shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time the appointment will be automatically cancelled and marked as a no show and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Refund Policy All Services, Deposits, and Gift cards are non-refundable.
